KOREAN GROUND VENISON BBQ BOWL
This recipe is quick, easy and packed with flavor. It is the perfect wild game weeknight dinner!

Servings: 4
Ingredients
1 pound ground venison
1/4 onion, diced
3 garlic cloves minced
2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
4 cups cooked white rice
1 green bell pepper, julienned
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1 large zucchini, cut into bite sized pieces
green onions, for garnish
*Note: you can swap any vegetables for the ones chosen
Korean Sauce
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
3 tablespoons Gochujang BBQ sauce or more if desired
1.5 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tsp cornstarch
Cooking Instructions:
Whisk together ingredients for Korean Sauce in a medium bowl and set aside.
Brown venison and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and ginger and sauté an additional 30 seconds.
Add in zucchini, bell pepper and broccoli. Pour sauce over top, mix, and simmer for about 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Serve in a bowl over rice and garnish with green onion.
