Can Cooker Mac and Cheese

You all know by now how much I love using the Can Cooker system at home and on the go. This recipe features the portable cooktop that easily converts to a grill. We will start off by making gourmet level mac and cheese. Then, while it settles, we'll grill some venison hot dogs!

Ingredients
16 Ounces Uncooked Elbow Macaroni
2 Cups Water
2 Cups Chicken Broth (or you can just use water)
2 Tablespoons Butter
1.5 teaspoons CanCooker Butter Garlic Salt
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Shredded Gouda Cheese
½ -1 Cup Milk
½ Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup Italian Style Breadcrumbs
Recipe Directions
1. Heat CanCooker on medium heat using the multi-fuel cooktop. Pour in water and chicken broth and bring to a boil.
2. Add the uncooked elbow macaroni to the CanCooker and stir until the macaroni is combined. Latch lid and allow steam on medium for about 10 minutes or until the noodles are cooked to desired doneness.
3. Mix in butter, cheddar cheese, Gouda cheese, and milk. Use less milk for a thicker consistency. Mix until cheese is melted. Top with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs cover with the lid and remove from heat while you make the hot dogs.
4. Switch the multi-fuel cooktop to the conversion grill. Once the cooktop is preheated, cook the hotdogs to desired doneness and serve with mac and cheese on the side.
